Why can't I use my own branding if I'm part of an organisation?
When you join an organisation on JomContact, your card represents the company — not just you. Think of it like a company-issued business card: it shows the company logo, address, and contact info because that's what the org controls. Your personal info (name, title, photo, bio, social links) is still yours to edit.
I want both an org card AND a personal card. Is that possible?
Yes. Create a second JomContact account using your personal email and subscribe to Pro there. You'll have two separate cards: one for your org role, one for your personal brand. They don't interfere with each other.
What happens to my personal profile if I leave the organisation?
Your card reverts to your personal profile information — whatever you had set before joining the org. Nothing is deleted.
What do credits do? Do they unlock Pro features?
Credits are for card scans (1 credit per scan) and extra AI searches beyond your daily limit. They do not unlock Pro features like custom backgrounds or multiple businesses — those require a Pro subscription.
Are credits refundable?
No. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — there are no partial refunds.
What happens to my businesses and profile data if I downgrade from Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Businesses are hidden from your public profile but preserved in full. If you resubscribe, everything reappears exactly as you left it.
